If you're a recent or soon-to-be university or college graduate who's ready for a new challenge, grad@Loblaw is for you.

The program is not a temporary internship – it is a permanent, paid, full-time position that focuses on learning and development, and sets you up for long-term success with the Company.

You will receive 18 months of training in our stores, merchandising area and destination department. Your destination department could be store management at one of our stores located throughout Canada,  or in a role in merchandising, supply chain, central operations, IT, SAP, human resources/labour relations, finance, quality assurance, or corporate strategy in our store support or regional offices.

You'll get an up-close-and-personal feel for our business through your rotations, and be supported along the way, through mentorship, learning and networking opportunities.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will find yourself in a role in your destination department.
